Sunday, April 17, 2011. This weekend I earned my Crossfit Endurance certification. It was fabulous! I learned that all my running injuries were because I am a crappy runner! Not a surprise at all. But seeing it on the video was an eye opener. But after I learned a more efficient way to run and saw a new video. I am a happy girl! And its so easy to run now. Fingers crossed that I can start running again and do another Ironman! I can teach you to run this way too - shoot off an email and we can chat.
